In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below :

• "kas77", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the kas77 platform accessible at kas77.asia.
• "Platform" refers to the kas77 website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services accessible at kas77.asia.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any natural person who has registered a kas77 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" refers to the individual member account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's kas77 Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or non-cashable incentives credited to a Member's Account by kas77.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process kas77 requires before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

By accessing the Platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kas77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and maintain a kas77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly for adults only.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of kas77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or operating as a commercial betting agent.

kas77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach of these criteria. Winnings generated by an ineligible Member may be voided and the corresponding funds withheld.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the kas77 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any detail changes.

• Your account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify kas77 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• kas77 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• kas77 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All transactions on the kas77 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kas77 does not apply currency conversion charges. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
• Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kas77 reserves the right to request evidence that deposited funds belong to you before crediting them to your Balance.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your kas77 Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete KYC may delay or block withdrawal requests.
• kas77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

kas77 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from them.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless kas77 expressly states otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any use of bonuses in a systematic, professional, or coordinated manner designed to exploit bonus structures (bonus abuse) will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account closure.
• kas77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus-derived winnings if a breach of bonus terms is identified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

The kas77 Platform offers a range of betting and gaming products, including a sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sic Bo, and Bandar Q (a traditional Indonesian card game). Each product category operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• All game outcomes on kas77 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real-time dealer actions. kas77 does not manipulate game results.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published in the Sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute, the official result of the relevant sporting body governs.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and all stakes returned to the Member's Balance.
• kas77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets resulting from an obvious pricing or odds error — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Bets exceeding published limits may be cancelled.

kas77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining an environment where gambling remains an entertaining leisure activity. • Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session duration alerts and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Temporary cooling-off periods ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Permanent self-exclusion — once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kas77 Platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their Balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial winnings.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kas77 staff or other Members.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.

All content on the kas77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kas77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kas77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kas77 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity.
• Interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided through it.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in any game result, odds, or settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any action taken by kas77 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including Account suspension or closure.

Nothing in these Terms limits kas77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where applicable consumer protection law in Indonesia cannot be excluded by agreement, those protections continue to apply.

kas77's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, kas77 collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Your data is not sold to third parties. All personal data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised kas77 personnel on a need-to-know basis.

kas77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kas77 will provide reasonable notice to active Members by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. The updated Terms will be displayed prominently on the kas77 website and, where practicable, notified to Members via the contact details registered on their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kas77 is registered and licensed as an online gaming operator.

kas77 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under Indonesian law applicable to them personally. kas77 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute between you and kas77 that cannot be resolved informally through our support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against kas77.
